3/31/09 - Flagstar will no longer accept 4th Party Originations through their wholesale channel - This only affects brokers that are engaged with Flagstar in a 3rd Party Origination capacity (i.e. brokers selling Third Party Origination loans to Flagstar on the Secondary market). They will continue to accept loans originated directly by their approved brokers and correspondents. This was announced on 2/27/09.
