This program is for all Core products at loan amounts greater than $750,000 up to $1.2 million.

Expanded:

This program offers better rates and higher loan amounts for qualifying borrowers and offers Full and Stated documentation products up to $2 million.

MVP:

A Stated doc program that has a lighten reserve requirement for a borrower with an 18-month 0 x 30 mortgage history.
