Status

As of the week of 12/10/2007, BayRock Mortgage Corporate has ceased conducting wholesale business. An explanatory letter from their Jr. President & CEO:

"We regret to announce that BayRock Mortgage Corporation has decided to discontinue all wholesale operations effective immediately. A challenging market environment, coupled with continued liquidity limitations, gives us no other choice but to look for the long-term survival of BayRock Mortgage Corporation. We have enjoyed working with all of BayRock's broker partners and we regret that this decision has to be made and the impact on all those who will be affected.

Loan applications previously submitted through the wholesale broker channel that have been cleared to close will continue to be processed with the same support staff and service levels previously provided by BayRock Mortgage. All other files will be returned at the broker's request.

We are excited about our opportunities to continue to develop and grow our retail platform."
