(1) $500 non-refundable application fee

(2) $25,000 Surety bond

(3) Current financials (less than 90 days)

(4) Personal information for each applicant

(5) Completed "Employment and Business affiliation Disclosure" form

NOTE:The state of Virginia Mortgage Broker licenses' do NOT have an expiration date. They remain active until either surrenndered, suspended or revoked. W-2 employees do NOT need to be licensed; 1099 Independent Contractors DO need to be licensed individually.
