(1) $200 non-refundable application fee

(2) $50 non-refundable Education & Recovery Fund fee

(3) Must designate a Principal/Associate Lending Manager

(4) $200 non-refundable fee (Principal/Associate Lending Manager)

(5) $36 non-refundable Education & Recovery Fund Fee (Principal/Associate Lending Manager)

(6) $35 Fingerprint/Background check fee (must provide 2 sets fingerprint cards). Any criminal history is to be disclosed when applying.

(7) $25,000 Surety Bond

(8) 40 hrs pre-license education & pass licensing exam (must apply within 90 days of passing exam, or exam voided)

(9) Pass PLM examination

(10) Sign "Letter of Waiver" allowing review of all education & employment records, and conduct background check

(11) $253 Renewal fee

Individual Applicant Requirements

(1) $236 non-refundable license fee

(2) $39 fingerprint processing fee. Any criminal history is to be disclosed when applying.

(3) $25,000 Surety Bond

(4) 20 hrs pre-license education & pass licensing exam (must apply within 90 days of passing exam, or exam voided)

(5) Sign "Letter of Waiver" allowing review of all education & employment records, and conduct background check.

(6) $139 renewal fee

NOTE:No physical office is required, but ALL of the above requirements must be met by the applicant.
