| Oklahoma Mortgage Licensing Requirements |
Broker Requirements:(1) $750 application fee (2) $150 exam fee and exam (3) $100 initial license fee (valid for 1 yr) (4) Provide proof of a "Trust Account" in an Oklahoma federally insured bank (5) Financial statements (within 30 days) (6) Proof of 3 yrs experience in residential mortgage (continuous within last 5 yrs) (7) Maintain principal place of business within the state
Loan Officer Requirements:(1) $50 licensing fee (2) $50 yearly renewal fee (3) $150 test fee (if applicable) (4) Must be 18 yrs (5) US citizenORlawfully admitted alien, having at least 18 months of experience as a mortgage loan originator (6) Pass mortgage loan originator test (7) Must have convictions of crime related to the occupation of a mortgage loan originator
