(1) $250 each for 1st & 2nd mortgage applications

(2) $250 for each branch office

(3) $20,000 Surety Bond for 1st mortgage applicants (with $100,000 minimum net worth)

(4) Must have a Resident Agent if applicant lives in another state. Resident Agent must have a New Hampshire business address and have regular business hours.

(6) Personal Full Background checks

NOTE: Separate Mortgage Brokers licenses are required for 1st and 2nd mortgages, as well as separate applications.
