Broker Requirements:

(1) Required office within the state of Nevada

(2) $1,500 non-refundable Application Fee

(3) $1,000 license fee AFTER the application has been approved

(4) 10 hrs continuing education at renewal every year

(5) Personal History record

(6) Personal Financial statements (dated within 3 months of application, PLUS 2 yrs previous)

(7) Child Support statement

(8) Two complete sets of fingerprint cards (a background check will be completed).

NOTE:A Surety Bond is not required in the State of Nevada. Continuing education, tests or exams are not required prior to applying for license. All internet pages and advertising MUST be approved by the Mortgage Licensing Division prior to publication.

Loan Officer Requirements:

(1) $185 application fee

(2) Two sets fingerprint cards

(3) Personal History record

(4) Child Support Statement

NOTE:Continuing Education needed prior to renewing your license the first year.
