Broker Requirements:

(1) $300 Licensing Fee (upon approval of the application)

(2) $300 non-refundable Investigation fee

(3) $20,000 Surety Bond

(4) financial statements

(5) disclosure of any judgments, bankruptcies, criminal activity, etc within the last 10 yrs

(6) a background check will be completed by the Division of Finance

(7) a physical office is REQUIRED in the state.

NOTE:Only one license is required to do business for 1st and 2nd mortgage in the state of Missouri.
