Broker Requirements:

(1) $600 non-refundable application fee

(2) $400 renewal fee

(3) If have office in Kansas, open to public with regular hours of operation and is NOT a personal residence AND $50,000 Surety Bond

(4) No office in Kansas, provide $100,000 Surety Bond, PLUS submit Audited Financials with minimum net worth of $50,000.

Loan Officer Requirements:

(1) $75 non-refundable application fee

(2) Must complete 8 hours continuing education every year.
