Zero-Lot Home
Homes with essentially no space separating them. During this past real estate boom (2000 onward) with land prices escalating, home builders would put as many homes as allowable on plots of land. Often times single family homes became so close one could literally reach out their window and touch their neighbors house.

The "zero-lot" home is essentially becoming the modern day equivalent of the urban "row house".
