Required Cash

The total cash the home buyer is required to pay to close the transaction. This includes down payment, points paid to the lender, up-front mortgage insurance fees, title insurance, taxes, etc. The total required cash will be shown on the Good Faith Estimate of Settlement. < Prev   Next >
