Statements in the lease agreement which indicate if there are any lease renewal options, which would let the tenant extend their lease for one or more specified time periods.

If there are lease options mentioned in the lease agreement, they will allow the tenant a choice in regards to renewing the lease, but will be binding on the landlord/lessor.
