A type of property consisting of multiple residential units, with the title to each held by individual owners. Condominium owners own their individual residential unit as well as have the right to use the common areas in the development owned by the condominium association. The condominium association is responsible for maintaining the property, paying taxes and insurance, and buying/installing common area improvements; all of which the condominium owners will pay a HOA (home owners association) fee for.
